Missed someone? 10 last minute Christmas gifts that are actually thoughtful

Maybe you waited until the last minute (no judgement here!) or something came up suddenly - either way, last minute Christmas gifts seem to always spring up.

So what do you do?

Sure, you could pick up one of those pre-assembled gift baskets at Target. Or you could get something that makes you look like a thoughtful, gift-giving genius.

No one will ever know these gifts were put together last minute!

10 Awesome Last Minute Gift Ideas For Everyone

  1. Gift coupon. These are great if you want to give someone an experience gift. Customize a printable coupon with what you're going to do. If you bought tickets those can be shared with them after. This is also a great one for your hard to shop for parents!
  2. Fun board games. You can get these almost everywhere, there's something for ever budget, and you can usually find something for anyone - including folks you don't know well. If you need inspo this list is super helpful.
  3. Wine or alcohol gifts. These aren't for everyone of course but it's almost always a nice gesture to bring a bottle of wine to a last-minute holiday gathering. If you know the person well enough to know what they like spirits like scotch, port, etc are also appropriate.
  4. Gift cards. We're not usually a big fan of sharing gift cards but sometimes they're just what people want - especially kids and teens who want digital content like iTunes apps or Fortnite V-Bucks.
  5. Donate to charity. Maybe you put someone off because they don't want/need anything. If it's sincere, consider donating to a charity in their name instead then share that information with them as a gift.
  6. Subscription box. This is another great last-minute gift because the whole point is for it to arrive later! If possible, grab a small gift that symbolizes what they'll be getting or do a printable certificate. You could also gift streaming services!
  7. Books and magazines. Even non-bookworms appreciate a good book! Readers are easy, but don't forget about thinks like the Farmer's Almanac, hobby books (eg. Birdwatching, gardening) and "fun facts" style books. Also great for kids!
  8. Craft and hobby supplies. This is always my go to last minute gift for kids - they can never have enough art and craft supplies. For adults (assuming you don't already know what they like) consider craft kits so they can try something new.
  9. Useful tech gifts. Depending on your budget this is a great way to wow a family member or friend without too much effort. Think things like Kindles, AirPods, a smart speaker, video doorbell. Basically anything that anyone could find useful!
  10. Winter flowers or a centerpiece. These have to picked up last minute so it's a perfect "on the way" type gift. You could get a poinsettia, a nice outdoor planter, or some flowers. (PS, you can order flowers online with Bloomsybox and have them delivered too)

I like to be ahead of things but if I'm being honest every now and then I definitely find myself procrastinating. Some holidays have a way of sneaking up on you, and that's especially true for ones that move every year like Easter. Now one advantage to procrastinating is that all the Easter chocolate was on sale when I went shopping (I love saving money!), but it also meant some things were sold out or already removed from the shelves. (Looking at you, dollar store). If you're like me and...
